

Payment policy:
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, unless due to emergency, payment for the session is due in full. If I cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, unless due to emergency, your horse's next session is at no charge.
Inclement Weather policy:
If county (either the counties where we live, or where your horse resides) schools are delayed or closed, you or I have the option of cancelling your appointment. This constitutes an emergency cancellation and you will not be charged for your appointment, unless you simply do not show up without any notice. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance in the case of inclement weather.
No Tipping Policy:
My rates reflect what I feel to be a fair value for my services. No additional compensation is required or expected.
